I ordered two items separately for collection in store. One of these items was a dinner plate. I did not have time to open the parcel in store and when I got home I discovered the plate was broken in 2 despite being double wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box! When I called Customer Services they were very unhelpful but when i eventually got to speak to someone in store they were a lot more understanding and helpful. Managed to exchange the plate in store and issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
