The bag I ordered broke after a couple of weeks but the customer service was very good at dealing with this. The problem was more with the manufacture than the service that I received.

Debenhams - Always a bit hit and miss in my experience and this purchase has been a big MISS!
Ordered online for store pickup for a birthday present, but Debenhams managed to send the order to a different 'hub' which meant it went to a different store and had to be collected and forwarded to correct store...so not received in time for birthday. Good price, bad service.
