Debenhams - Always a bit hit and miss in my experience and this purchase has been a big MISS!
Ordered online for store pickup for a birthday present, but Debenhams managed to send the order to a different 'hub' which meant it went to a different store and had to be collected and forwarded to correct store...so not received in time for birthday. Good price, bad service.

Promotion do work, you sometimes wait a while for your cash but I am extremely pleased with this site and use it all the time, I have recently recommended my friends, it is a great way of saving up for Christmas if you can wait that long.
