rubbish 7 weeks yet its 9 weeks for me and still aint been paid i ordered 24th october and in the statistics it says orders made in november were paid in november complete lie i ordered in october so wheres my payment its now january 2nd still nothing statistics are a lie and bt aint paid novembers at all yet topcashback say they have well you aint paid me topcashback

BEWARE TCB did not pay out :( Some baloney about not being the last referrer. Turns out if the order number starts with Z6 then they don't payout for no apparent reason! After 6 years away I thought I'd give BT another chance but I've been royally ripped off!

Had to chase up cashback tracking manually, but was applied within a couple of weeks of filing a claim. Do not phone BT during the order or installation process at all, otherwise apparently cashback will be declined!

BT installation was quick and reward card sent within 6 weeks or order. Cashback tracked and confirmed - still waiting on it becoming oayable nearky 8 weeks after order but overall happy so far! BT itself is brilliant and would definitely reccommend :-)

Absolutely fabolous deal. Not only that My BT Infinity works amazingly good (50Mbps works as 50.50-51.00 Mbps with no slowdowns) the Cashback itselft was a great deal, although I had to chase up as it hasn't registered, I used the Customer Care option on TopCashback, included all the details of the transaction, then waited about 2 weeks for the response from BT and it's been approved. Great Customer care team at Topcasbhack as I thought I will lose that claim (as transaction hasn't registered). The cashback is ready to paid out to my account now, 3 weeks after signing up with BT even though it was meant to be 6- 8 weeks. Top cashback site. Nothing but to recommend to others!
