When I try to sign up for Infinity 29.99 one, first it shows the right price but at the checkout the price gets changed to 32.99 without giving me any reason!!!!

I have a tracked transaction and I have a screen print of the cashback due at that time. This "merchant" has indictaed a payment less than was offered when the order was placed, Don't be misled by same tactics !

Tracked and paid at a much lower rate than Advertised for the package I ordered. Submitted a claim but they declined with no explanation. Disappointing, as I took broadband, phone, to and mobile sim for the higher cash back amount and they can obviously see I did make a purchase as they paid cash back on it but at a much lower amount than advertised. Can't see how difficult it could be to confirm what was ordered when I have submitted al, relevant information. Even though topcash back tend to have better rates,may go back to using my previous cash back site as seemed more reliable.

Cashback declined. No reason given even though everything was done in accordance for terms and conditions. Feels like cashback was declined just for the sake of it. Not impressed. Am now locked into a 12 month contract but will move away from BT when this contract is up and will definitely never be coming back to them.

Cashback tracked immediately. I ordered the package on 29/08/2016, had services installed 29/09/2016 (I could have chosen earlier dates, but selected that date as that was a couple of days before my VirginMedia 30day notice expired). Within a few days of installation the casback moved into "confirmed"; it has now become payable on 09/11/2016. Brilliant experience with the cashback, but also the actual TV, Phone and Broadband services provided by BT.

The offer was £225 for new Customers (BT Broadband + Calls + BT TV + SIM only plans). But I have received only £152.25. So does not trust them any more.
