Excellent! Smooth transition from old supplier, the only problem I had was that they missed that I wanted to keep my telephone number so I had to have a new one which is why I deducted one star. I even had my cash back card from them within a month which really helped towards Christamas. Overall very pleased.

Incorrect cashback amount paid, but did receive some. Should have been over £200 but only paid £168. TCB support seemed disinterested in helping to resolve.

1 star too many. Some BS excuse not to pay full amount of cashback as I left it more than 70 days to query, despite website saying don't query it until it becomes payable. If company wasn't so slow to pay, it wouldn't have been a problem. Fed up with retailers who don't honour their side of the deal.
