Like everyone else, this tracked initially then went to zero. This looks like some sort of scam. I don't know why TCB uses them; I certainly will not use them again.

Cashback was tracked and then changed to zero. Submitted a misssing claim several weeks ago but nothing has happened. This is the only company who have let me down on Top Cash Back. I will not use them again

Booked tickets online, took ages to confirm and then changed cashback to £0.00! By this time it was more than 100 days since the transaction meaning I couldn't submit a Missing Cashback Claim. Cheers Trainline!

Booked online and it tracked OK though not particularly quickly (a few days). Tickets took about 5/6 days to be delivered.

Spent £52.00 with trainline but was entitled to 78p cash back, then when it came to payament time didnt even give me that, as it was under £1.00.Need to spend a large amount to get anything from them

Appalling. Tracked for ages at 99p for a genuine £66.00 transaction then paid out at 0.00 after 100 days - not even a penny! And because it was after 100 days Topcashback would not accept a query and claim!

No cashback on tickets under £25 and a £1 booking fee into the bargain! For low value tickets, check via National Rail website and see if one of the train operating companies can match the fare - there is no booking fee with them.

Bought tickets for £94 in January 2010 with a cashback amount tracked. In April (after the 100 day rule) it turned into zero. This seems a bit of a swizz

Don't Bother! Like many others cashback tracked but became payable as £0. Use others such as raileasy who do pay out. Very disappointed

Was showing as confirmed, but when it moved to payable the amount of cashback dropped to £0.00 very strange?

Tracked OK at the start, then it changed to £nil for no reason. Had to put an enquiry through to get payment.

My confirmed cashback has now also become ZERO - what are these people playing at? Perhaps it is time they were removed from TopCashback because more people are submitting stories of zero cashback than anyone submitting a success story. The cash back was less than £1.00 so hardly a fortune but the whole thing seems a bit dishonest to me.

£1 card charge means you need to spend at least £67 to profit from this one.
