Have just had my confirmed cashback cancelled to zero despite being a genuine transaction. Seems to be happening a lot.

Th £0.00 has just happened to me. Rubbish. TopCashBack have suggested I raise a missing claim, but I can't see it coming. the trainline won't be getting any more from me if this is what they do and if they do shaft me to I'll be requesting that topcashback remove them as a retailer

This seems to be a theme recently for thetrainline, tracked at right price until it changed to payable and then changed to zero

As previous comment above my cashback has been "zeroed" without explanation

Like many others my cashback initially tracked but then went to 0.00 payable (after waiting an age for it to even get to that stage). I won't bother with them again, was only a pathetically small % anyway but they obviously can't be bothered to pay out. thanks to people that have recommended alternatives.

Like evilmonkey, it appeared to have tracked correctly, but now the payment value is also 0.00. Will buy direct next time too, why bother using TTL?

Tracked and going fine then they changed to 0.00 and declined. Pull the other one Trainline, Transaction was over the required amount and my system was clean as a whistle when I clicked though TCB. I'll use Great Western directly next time rather than give you a cut.

No cash back! spent £91.00 on train to Peter'bro, on 25/10/09 and also 2 days ago, on 3 tickets 2 Aviemore! 0.5% more discount on Easyrail, but decided to go with the Trainline again, won't use them again, more fool them for not paying out, i've got a huge number of travelling buisiness partners, that I've told about this site.

tracked at £0, would not use them again as the fees are high

Tracks OK, slow to pay out, the fees on the site more than wipeout the cashback, £1.00 booking fee & £3.50 to use credit card, site is dishonest as these fees only appear after you have gone througth the entire booking procedure & have got to the pay screen. My advice is to book your tickets direct with the train companies websites, no fees to pay on there so you are quids in, unfortunately!
