	Criminals I made a 1st time purchase of a railcard because of the 20% cashback offer, The cashback is not showing in my account! But a later purchase for train tickets with 1% cashback is showing instantly1 How can you get away with illegal false advertising of this kind? Now i have to spend several weeks trying to prove myself. Absolutely disgraceful! How are you allowed to operate in this manner?

	Doesn't pay out at the higher rates claimed. And if you need to change your ticket it's much more complex than booking direct with the local train company.

	Pretty poor, really I've used Trainline through TopCashback for many years, but over that period, the 'dynamic pricing' model Trainline has started using, plus the very low (and falling) rate of cashback offered to repeat customers means I'll probably stop using Trainline altogether. For example, today I was ordering train tickets and got a price of £68. I was interrupted during the booking, so I re-started a couple of hours later and guess what - the ticket price had gone up to £103! The cashback payment is literally just pennies, so it wasn't worth my while and I went to Avanti West instead, where I got the same ticket for £63. Although Avanti West aren't on TopCashback, it's better value that buying from Trainline through TopCashback. It would really help of TopCashback had more rail providers on their books. At the moment, there's only Trainline and Railcard, so if you want to avoid Trainline's price gouging, you can't go through TopCashback to buy rail tickets.

	Doesn't pay out at the higher rates claimed. They are more expensive that using local companies in Europe and don't pay the advertised cashback. Also more complex to make changes.

	Cashback is never the amount advertised I've used Trainline a lot and the advertised cashback is always 8% or 10%. However, I have never earned more than 1%. I've lodged claims but the amount payable never changes. I don't know if I'm missing something but I never get the advertised amount and have lost a lot of money because of this

	Cashback refused even though we clicked on link and purchased straight away Don't bother using the trainline. Refused to pay our £50+ cashback owed because of a 'tracking issue'. This seems to be similar to others and there seems to be no recourse even though I can prove I purchased and the click through shows on my account. Avoid.

	No cash back given I had done everything right, as well as appealed. I recently booked two return sleeper tickets from Milan to Lecce and expected 4% but got zip. Disappointed.

	Trainline beware Price on trainline app £155 .... thought I'd go through topcashback instead ..... price was then more than £200 .... watch out xx

	Not working Since last year, whenever I try to book tickets on this site, I just get the message “Sorry, something's gone a bit wrong” and can't proceed any further. Even clearing the cache and switching browsers hasn’t helped. What I discovered was that if I selected tickets without logging into Trainline, and only logged in at the payment stage, the booking would go through. However, today, when I tried to purchase a Railcard, that same unhelpful message appeared again, so I ended up buying it through the National Railcard website instead. I’ll avoid using Trainline as much as possible from now on. I’ve previously submitted complaints about this to Trainline, but it seems nothing has been fixed.

	Didn't track orders Avoid, as sadly the tracking of orders doesn't seem to work :( If it's fixed even with 1% cashback it's still something but until fixed don't waste your time.

	Terrible merchant I use trainline quite often and purchases rarely track. Even after providing all the proof for a claim i.e order refs, date & time they still decline the payment. Not even worth 1 star
