	Ridiculously unexpected low cash back Two transactions. Initially for a railcard, then for a ticket purchase. Instead of an expected 20% cash back on the purchase of the railcard it is showing as 15p. Instead of 5% cashback on the train ticket purchase it is showing as 30p Laughable. Claims lodged immediately, but why should this be necessary. It’s not difficult. Do not expect cashback on this site

	Inaccurate cashback rates I a uk railcard as a new customer and therefore should have been eligible for a 21% cashback at the time of writing. I only received 5.2%

	User friendly and green option This was very simple and quick to get cash back. Although only a small amount, it was cleared and confirmed quickly. I also like that this is a greener way of purchasing tickets as I was able to buy etickets for my phone. Great experience and would definitely use as my go to train app!

	wrong amount of cashback 'all other fares' as new customer was purchased, created an account as a new customer, yet cashback of an existing customer was awarded, significantly less.

	Pretty spot on tracking I use Trainline a lot as part of my job, tracking is always pretty quick and purchase amounts are usually spot on.

	not a great company to pay topcashback Had to chase cashback on a growing number of occasions . It has led me to look elsewhere for travel arrangements as promoting their company on this site is one thing , having the confidence they will pay the cashback is another . To give a percentage of occasions cashback needs chasing..probably 50 % .

	Not the advertised cashback amount Grand sum of 60 pence cashback for a train tickets costing over £100 and over 9 months to payout. Not a great deal really.
