Why do people to continue to use The Trainline when every train operating company sells the same tickets without booking fees? South West Trains offers higher cashback too!

Needed tickets urgently but resent £3.50 credit card fee. Also had to queue some time to collect tickets from a machine at the station and the issuing machine was then very slow. Would have been much quicker to purchase at the ticket office where there were no queues! Would I have got the same price -who knows?
Would use them again but might investigate other providers first next time

I always receive my cashback from the trainline and it normally tracks within a couple of hours of my purchase. It would be great if the cashback rate was a bit higher though given the increased prices of train tickets!
