Previously ok, but last transaction not showing despite clickthru being registered. I simply can't understand why it then takes Trainline over 6 weeks and still no response to verify the clickthru ie not even the payment. I'll buy my train tickets from other more reliable merchants in future.

Website was good when I used. However, booking fee can wipe out cashback. Other sites have no booking fee and same cashback, also same trains :-)
