On the last two occasions I have booked tickets from trainline through TopCashBack I have had no "cash back". I never had any problem previously. Am I missing something?

Never ever tracks for me. I have to submit a ticket on every purchase made. That said, cashback is always allocated afterwards with no problem. Just a nuisance that I have to keep submitting tickets!

I've bought from thetrainline twice in the last 2 months, spending over £600 in total. Both times, cashback has not tracked and I've had to submit a claim. This has happened on multiple devices so I'm ruling out a computer issue. Thankfully I got the cashback I was owed, but if it's happened twice, it seems a bit fishy...

I give it 1 star as I have to give it something. I use Top Cashback every time I book tickets and it has never worked for me.
