Very poor experience on transactions being tracked, make sure you check your transactions make it on to your statement. This only seems to happen with The Train Line, all my other tractions track.

Always a problem in getting cashback with them , in the past let it go but now make a claim everytime against them . The company are always prompt with tickets etc.. and site easy to navigate but just the cashback service itself I find poor .

Something wrong with Trainline cashback - last rwo attempts have not tracked at all. When you enter details of joureny page refreshes and you have to enter details all over again, makes me think when it refreshes the link to topcashback is lost.....very poor.

Never ever tracks for me. I have to submit a ticket on every purchase made. That said, cashback is always allocated afterwards with no problem. Just a nuisance that I have to keep submitting tickets!
