I've bought from thetrainline twice in the last 2 months, spending over £600 in total. Both times, cashback has not tracked and I've had to submit a claim. This has happened on multiple devices so I'm ruling out a computer issue. Thankfully I got the cashback I was owed, but if it's happened twice, it seems a bit fishy...

All fine for first 20 visits and bookings and then none of the last 8 visits and bookings have tracked. I have tried Customer Care and sent nudges on TopCashback but still nothing 3 months.
