I bought the tickets in February, travelled in early April had to make a cashback claim and still haven't been paid. In future I will use raileasy or Virgin Direct.

I make a lot of business trips and using Trainline was very easy and straight forward. The best part was the cashback. Now for some reason, cashback is only available to new customers of Trainline only and not existing. Not much I can do about that, but something to bear in mind.
