Have been using cashback for 5 times.All cashback decline.I will buy from other website like easyrail, GWR...or many other. Really bad to appear in Topcashback but not willing to provide an easy cashback.

My cashback needed to be chased up as it did not appear on my account. However once in my account, became payabout straight away. Would have prefered not to have to chase it up. Thank you Topcashback for sorting it out for me.

Although I met all of the criteria stated by the merchant, I received ZERO cashback for my purchase. So my eating for this experience is very low! Same can be said for using TopCashBack overall. 4 large purchases haven't tracked and their customer service is shockingly poor.
