The cashback didnt track initially however was resolved after a missing cash back claim was submitted. It became payable quickly though.

Originally my cashback was rejected by Trainline but I made a claim and I have now received my cashback. Make sure you keep all of the details of your ticket purchase as you'll need them if you have to make a claim!
