Been having tracking problems recently....this is a new experience for me as in the past this was one of the better cashback experiences.

Doesn't it track anymore?
Before June 2012 there were no problems with tracking. In July I made 3 purchases in a row at M&S via Topcashback - none of them tracked. Two missing cashback complaints have been filed already, I am giving Topcashback and M&S two more weeks before filing the third.

I have made two purchases on M&S via the top cash back site. I have only received cash back for the first transaction of sandles. No sign of notification fromtop cash back for the second purchase which was a parasol and base which has been delivered on Thur 7th June 2012.

Cashback refused on £203 order with M&S so should have had over £6 cash back. Would not recommend placing large orders as then payout refused.........

Did not track. Took 6 months to get a response saying that claim was rejected because another site was recorded as the referrer with no further details. Very disappointed at losing £15 cashback.

After almost four months the claim status is still 'Waiting for Merchant'. I imagine they'll now quietly dismiss the claim entirely.

tracked first time round but not at the correct rate so submitted claim second time tracked at zero...not impressed! goods got delivered to store within four days
