Cancelled my order for £1.3k Apple laptop for no reason, clearly wanted to get out of cashback since I called and asked why my order was cancelled, it was then re-ordered on the phone. Clearly trying to get out of cashback here, won't use them again.

Im pretty disappointed that the cash back can only be used with British Airways executive club realy who the hell set that one up after spending 1000 pounds on a new tv to find out i can only claim british Airways executive club pah
