I will not buy from John Lewis anymore as they haven’t payed out the money I bought a phone for me and my husband and spent nearly £2000 and haven’t got a penny,so won’t be buying from them again.

Only now found out when it's payable that can only take as British Airways Executive Club vouchers - useless to me! Feel cheated as the cashback element was part of my decision to buy from John Lewis!
