Fairly quick to pay out any cashback but I won't be able to use it as it's only available on the BA Executive Club!?

it is not easy at all. I cannot transfer Cashback to my current account. I am told I can exchange them for Avios but cannot do so because I am not a member of the British Airways Executive Club. There is therefore no way I can get my £20 Cashback
