John Lewis Should not be on here
I am fortunate enough to buy a lot from John Lewis, but on every occasion I have to submit a missing cash back claim as my purchase never seems to track. Other retailers that I use, track no problem at all. It seems to be a hassle to claim cashback. Perhaps that’s what they want - you to give up so cash back doesn’t get paid out.
John Lewis - if you don’t want to pay out the cash back, remove yourself from here.

John Lewis offers low cashback rate, and it takes more than 3 months to get cash back. Other retailers much quicker.

Don't waste your time. You wont get cashback. Spent £900 with them on Household and contents insurance. Refused toi pay out despite repeated claims. No reason given just take your money and run

Had 4% cashback due on a £2k purchase..£80. Declined after investigating…despite being tracked. Obviously all the small purchases…no problem! 50p, £1 or £2. I don’t bother anymore.

What is the point of being on here. They want the advertising, but they don’t want to pay out. I always have to submit a missing claim. They should either pay up or don’t be on this site. My rating is based on the tracking, not on them as a retailer as they sell some very nice things and I buy a lot from them
