	Poor CB rates and rarely pay out Firstly the cash back rates are abysmal. 1% usually and very rarely up to 3%. Tracking usually works but they never ever payout. Previously it would take a while and eventually you get some paltry cashback. But in the last year or two, the cashback is alaways declined and it seems almost pointless going through TCB for John Lewis. As a retailer though, they are absolutely fine.

	Waste of time The sale always tracks but the retailer refuses the cash back. What’s the point of John Lewis being on this site if they refuse legitimate claims. I’ve had 3 claims refused over the last 3 months. One of which was more expensive with JL. Lesson learned!

	Do not award cashback After reading the reviews about John Lewis not honouring cash back I made sure I purchased straight away from the link, didn’t click off or go onto any other sides and still they’ve denied the cashback. Really frustrating when I could’ve earned the cash for the same item elsewhere.

	Very Pleased Paid out in under 10 weeks - very impressed as some retailers take far longer. Would highly recommend especially for higher priced items.

	Never Tracks and Never PAys multiple clicks and the purchcases never track and the many raised ticket resolved nothing but being told not being the final referrer or click to the website which is a bogus claim.

	Don't honor cash back My order didn't track, I went through customer service and they could see I had indeed gone through tcb, but John Lewis still refused to pay

	They decline cashback I bought two appliances and chose John Lewis for the purchase specifically for the good cash back. It didn’t track and when I put it a claim they declined it as not being the “final referrer” even though it was recorded by TCB and complied with all the terms. Wish I’d bought them from curries now

	Always a problem My order was placed during an enhanced offer period, tracked initially and for the correct amount. Then the cashback was declined for no reason after around 48 hours. There always seem to be problems with orders placed with John Lewis not tracking or tracking for £0. There seems little point in having promotional higher rates of cashback if it is just going to be cancelled subsequently. If you have a viable alternative choice of retailer, I would choose to shop elsewhere.

	Never pays out Avoid John Lewis . The cash back incentives are poor vs other retailers including M&S . Had my Black Friday shop cash back request declined with no explanation I had an accepted one from June which still is pending and likely to never pay out Avoid . No wonder it’s going down the pan

	Don't bother Don't waste your time trying to obtain cachback from John Lewis - it doesn't track properly, and then (after ages) gets declined for no reason. This has happened multiple times for different categories...again, don't bother.
