	Quality Product but no cashback Love John Lewis and have shopped numerous times over the years but latest purchase of £100 denied even though I supplied purchase order number. Maybe the cookies on the John Lewis Website were not enabled.

	Don't bother with John Lewis Multiple purchases, all of them have been declined by John Lewis. Use other schemes or vouchers to save money rather than Top Cashback.

	John lewis snail pace payout John Lewis need to look at their system for payout's, it took 10 months to pay out £8.29 cashback on a purchase of a microwave, that is way to slow.

	John Lewis is a trusted store I looked for something online that was available with Top Cash Back, and as soon as i found it available through John Lewis I didn't hesitate because I trust them, I have used the store all my life and even when there has been the odd occasion when I have encountered a problem they have sorted it straight away. My cashback came back just as efficiently.

	Top Cashback got there in the end. John Lewis initially rejected the cash back claim for some reason, I appealed the decision and got paid but it was 9 months later.

	Cashback took over 9 months Bought a TV from John Lewis in Nov 2025 through Topcashback site. It was a straightforward process. Kept chasing for cashback a couple of times. Finally got the cashback in Aug 2025. If you can set expectations about timelines the process would have been much Morr better. Other than that enjoying a very nice TV.

	What a surprise, declined Ordered new iPad from John Lewis via TCB, should’ve been just over £4, no code used as the next day free delivery code would not work despite the fact it was supposed to. Logged in to find the cash back had been declined even though there is a specific rate for Apple products, not the first time it’s happened either

	As expected, cashback was declined Following on from my previous review on 8 June, unsurprisingly they declined my cashback. I really don't know why they are still on here when clearly, reading the reviews, many claims are declined. For a company that allegedly prides customer service, this part of their business is an epic fail. I have another claim with them that has been outstanding since February 2026; I will not hold my breath on this one being honoured either and will certainly never buy from them again.

	Delay In Processing Cashback Items I've ordered numerous items from John Lewis including several tranches of travel money as their exchange rate was pretty good and easy to collect from my local Waitrose store. Unfortunately, in my experience, the cashback takes absolutely forever to become payable. I've ordered several times in January & February 2026, where anticipated wait was 12 weeks. Sitting here in mid July (almost 6 months later), confirmed but still not "payable" and will need to go to Cashback Customer Services to try to resolve. They are one of the worst payers, yet pride themselves on good customer service...................

	Be careful Cashback was refused on a large fridge freezer purchase. Just be aware that if there are any offers applied by JL when you’re buying - even if it’s not a code as such - you won’t get a payout. TCB were v helpful though.

	Really slow to receive cashback From purchase to receiving cashback took about 10 months. TCB acknowleged it was taking too long and paid it themselves. Thank you TCB!

	Refused cashback I ordered a few hundred of pounds worth of products via them and first the cashback didnt track so I had to manually apply for it, it took around 11months for them to pay any attention to it and when they did they just declined it, only used them because if the cashback offer, wont use them again

	Tries to get away without paying!!! Bought a £450.00 bag from them, they've just ignored the request for cash back, which is a pathetic £3.00 had to take it further. I could of ordered from someone else if id of known they were going to be scamming people.

	Avoid if cashback is the decider Cashback rarely tracks and when it does they usually deny the claim. Terrible experiences every time, fortunately only for pennies.

	Cashback not paid The transaction tracked as it should, including the value and order number, yet John Lewis has denied cashback. If cashback is a deciding factor, do not trust John Lewis. It is disappointing that Top Cash Back allow them to remain on the site, as other reviews suggest a similar experience.

	struggle to see it hit half the time. Honestly its like 5 out of 10 times I see a case back. Clearly not worth it to JL not sure why they are on here. Its frustrating.
