Everything was so easy, from booking to arriving to departure. Room was ideal and hotel ideally situated in city for what we required. Staff super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Made a hotel booking with IHG via Topcashback at £98.80 cost with promise of 15% cashback which equates to £14.82. However, I was paid out £7.66 recently on purchase of £95.81 which equates to 7.99% and thus short changed by £7.16. I am not impressed. The issue supposed to be still live with Topcashback but now I have been paid out it is unlikely to be resolved.
