When it works it is fine, but it is very inconsistent even though I follow the same process every time. I have raised claims where items have nbot been recognised, and provided evidence to support the claims, but have never been successful. Such a shame

Ihg is pretty good whilst holiday inn not so. No complaints just thought it should be said. Used top cash back with no problem with ihg. Whilst holiday inn did not register and now have a customer care issue. Cheers Greg

Cashback always tracks wrong, is always 2-3 months late and you always have to submit a claim. On the positive they do pay after you jump through the hoops 90% of the time.
