Made a hotel booking with IHG via Topcashback at £98.80 cost with promise of 15% cashback which equates to £14.82. However, I was paid out £7.66 recently on purchase of £95.81 which equates to 7.99% and thus short changed by £7.16. I am not impressed. The issue supposed to be still live with Topcashback but now I have been paid out it is unlikely to be resolved.

Of the 6 times i have used IHG they only paid cash back twice, all my other retailers pay. Just IHG don't bother and I always follow the correct procedure. From now on I will not use Top Cash Back when booking IHG.

This is so hit and miss. I am waiting on around £1,000 worth of cashback, all in claims that have not registered or registered as zero; and they go back some considerable time.
