I made 2 purchases, the first, Purchase Value: £304.27 Expected Cashback: £25.86 and a second of Purchase Value: £282.01 Expected Cashback: £23.97. Both show as payable now but the payment is £0.00.

Rotten IHG tracked the purchase but then marked the cashback as £0.00 Payable. When I used TCB they said that the original cashback would track at £0.00 then would be payable after I took the trip.

My purchase tracked at £0.00 so contacted Top Cashback, never heard back from them. purchase now confirmed as £0 when i should have got £28, can see no reason why it was declined and Top Cashback not responding
