Cashback tracked at £0.00 and I had to lodge a claim to get it paid. Just booked again and exactly the same thing. Not really very good when you are spending quite a lot of money on this.

I made two purchases with IHG purely because they offered cash back. However they did not pay back ANYTHING! They are purely exploiting Topcashback and I shall not be making any more purchases with this con-merchant.

Stupidly I continue to with using IHG - I stay away a lot, I've tried this about 10 times in the last couple of months - worked once!! All the other times it tracks and confirms at £0!!! Owed well over a £200 in cashback

Don't use. wont payout. Avoid. They tracked at £0.00 (for a £72 spend) and then went to payable at £0.00. Very disappointed Come on TCB kick them off the scheme. I am usually 99% happy with TCB.
