Rubbish customer services and returns policy, they count the return date from the day you place the order not the day you receive the parcel regardless of whether its a week late, returns information given therefore, seems vague! Best to arrange exchange/return over phone, the sales assitants in store seem CLUELESS.

Placed an order to Debenhams through TCB on 01/03/11. Failed to track. Submitted missing claim which resulted in Debenhams saying 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. As it was ordered by me direct to Debenhams through TCB I am at a loss to understand how such a comment can be made. Would think twice about giving my business to Debenahms again.
