One of my purchases tracked and a week later my second didn't. My purchases were hit and miss too, part of my order on the first one turned up but the other half didn't without being told it was unavailable

Waited 7 weeks for delivery of a sale item. Stayed in all day only to be phoned at 4.45pm with a new delivery date. they didn`t have the decency to inform us that they had cancelled our first delivery arrangement. They promised to call and confirm our new delivery date no call was received and we stayed in all day only for the item to be delivered after 6pm. I had phoned customer services before 5pm. to ask what was happening only to be told that the relevant department was closed so they couldn`t help. I gave them my delivery number and they couldn`t even access my e-mail address or telephone number.
Last order from me I`m afraid , too long to deliver, didn`t keep us informed regarding delivery or cancellation . Just not worth the bother.
