I bought £60 worth of towels last winter and they did not pay the cashback due (£4). I still have the items and have no idea why they refused to pay out. I put in a claim but nothing has happened and I don't expect it too. Disappointed with this merchant.

After using topcash back with Debenhams on several occasions it always seems to track quickly.
Can't say I've noticed exactly out how long it takes to receive payment, it takes a fair while but always pays eventually.
