been waiting for cashback to track for transactions in May & June, the first has tracked at £0, the other failed to track. After trying to report missing cashback form, been notified that they don't accept any claims for those missing or untracked.
Was the first order I'd placed with Grocery home delivery - as I was homebound after an operation. So am gutted that I didn't get the cashback £5 for first delivery order as was using that to pay for the delivery cost. On top of that, the ASDA delivery driver just put the bags on the front doorstep, (despite me asking if he could carry them in 10 metres for me to the kitchen) in comparison to Tesco who asked me where I'd like the bags (& took them in to the kitchen for me). RUBBISH SERVICE!! others available are much better (i.e Tesco customer service & the fact that their cashback for first delivery order has tracked)

Am pretty impressed with ASDA groceries so far. Apart from the fact that my bill has reduced greatly I have found they are far better than rivals with regards useby dates and replacements. To get the initial cashback too is an absolute bonus
