Whilst this tracked at zero for over 2 months, it confirmed at the correct amount and became payable within a week. It would appear that patience is required with this merchant but all good in the end. Definitely worth it considering it is ultimately money for doing an online grocery shop and is something I would have done anyway.

Be very careful people this is a warning.
I noticed today if you shop on Asda through TopCashBack that half of the offers available disappear so in real terms you don’t make any savings at all.
TopCashBack should look to remove this website or have strong words.
Go to Asda.co.uk and shop for Winalot six packs, there are 3 listed at £3.17 or 3 for £8. Also look at the nice big offer for 6 tins of Heinz soups for £3 and free T towels.
Now go through TopCashBack and sign in on the Asda site, the offers for both of these deals are not available to you and that is only a very quick check. How many other offers and deals are not shown or given to TopCashBack members?
I for one will not be using Asda again.

Nice and simple and a very good deal as the cashback more than pays for the delivery charge and the asda groceries shop was dead easy, and the delivery very good.

As a lot of other people have said, tracked at zero for a long time. Despite the cashback being £10 when I made the transaction, has eventually come up to £5. Generally not a good company as far as the cashback bit goes!

Have had many successful grocery deliveries, but the last one was a disaster! Order never came because the van broke down, ok fair enough, but then they forgot to delivery the following day & when I chased there South African call centre they said there was a problem instore & would deliver the next day! So 3 days wait for my shopping not good & never had any apology from then so have dropped Asda & using tesco who are spot on every time!

tried this for the first time and worked brilliantly. shame the packers of the food were slightly thick and wrapped the fish in plastic bags and then put it inside a ready to cook bag. cashback worked tho.....

I've been waiting 17 months for my cashback. Yes. SEVENTEEN MONTHS.
TopCashBack still claims it's waiting on Asda... despite numerous nudges.
Be warned, this is just a scam and you won't get your money.
I moved to another cashback site in the meantime. :)

BEWARE!! Internet service stinks.We couldn't get our last £50 out of our bank for 7 days after being charged twice!! Our bank said this was a recurring issue for customers who shop with ASDA!! It seems ASADA's incompetent when there are issues with "promotions" and you end up being charged more than agreed when authorising internet banking. ASDA DON'T tell you when promotions end (admission by them that it's problematic). Our bill was £43 initially & jumped to £52. The delivery driver gave the bill AFTER pushing to sign when it was too late - nevertheless, after complaining and being charged full price for tuna on offer when substuted too, not only did they get paid £52 the day after - when we tried to get cash out, because we authorised £43, we had to wait 7 days to see if we would be charged again or not!!! DON'T TOUCH this site - THEY ADMIT PROBS with promotions and charges and try to portion blame on the bank!! Customer services were muppets - no apoplogies, no recognition of the fact you're left short if you're on a budget-they just couldn't see it!! NEVER AGAIN!! I know if we had looked at the bill before signing we could have returned things and the outcome may have been different, but we didn't. Seems the system cannot cope with issues with promotions - BOTTOM LINE IS.....BEWARE.

Absolute rubbish at giving cashback rewards, personally, I will not bother to claim it again and just look for free delivery codes instead. Still tracking as £0.00 after 6months and I spent about £60. Pathetic!

So, firstly the cashback tracked but sits at £0.00, I await seeing it change to £5.
First shop went well, website easy to use, van arrived midway through the time slot. But when I checked the shopping, they'd not delivered it all. Rang the 0844 number & they just refund the cost of the items. They don't get driver to come back with them. Therefore had go to Morrisons to buy it.
Used them a 2nd time & this time they were 2 hours late, driver rude & never said sorry. Do I give them chance to redeem themselves? Or move to Tesco (who I hate).
