I have never shopped with Asda before online, was excited to see the offer and code £10 off 1st order, but it wouldnt work, by the time I registered and worked my way around the site, rang customer services twice for help, I cancelled the order - you will only get vouchers apparently if you register with them, why you would want to I dont know, it was a complete waste of time and staff unhelpful and advice didnt make any sense arggghhhhhh :(

Two years after I purchased with them, my TCB account still says "waiting for retailer". TWO YEARS?! So I finally closed it.
If you want cashback, don't go with Asda... you're unlikley to get it.
Service is good, but the cashback isn't.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Fresh items received that were out of date on arrival, or were so close to their use by date that they couldn't possibly be used. Do Asda really expect me to feed out of date fromage frais to my one year old son? Think I'll go back to using that other supermarket beginning with "T".

Tracked at £0.00, then later validated at £0.00, then later became validated at £5.55, received money within about 3 months. Be aware you can't create a query about this retailer, if you don't get the cashback there is nothing at all you can do.

Initially tracks at £0 but they pay eventually after 3 months. Apart from the fact that Asda charged me for groceries that were out of stock, and only refunded me after I complained. It relies on you remember to check your receipt - same as when you shop in store and they charge you full price for groceries that are supposed to be reduced suppose, but you shouldn't have to! Supermarket tricks to con the customer....

It does take a long time to get paid and for it to track at correct amount but all in all good service, I preferr shoping instore really and though instore shopping experience isnt as good as tesco it is much cheaper :)
