The most appalling experience. Delivery didn't arrive on three promised occasions, customer service was appalling and worst of all they took money from my account without delivering the goods. Avoid at all costs.

My experience was similar to many of the other comments here. I made my purchase through top cashback in January and as stated it tracked at £0.00. However it also became payable at £0.00 and 9 months later I still have not received the £5 cashback promised by ASDA. The store's service aside from this was however fine but I would not recommend choosing them on the basis of the cashback they offer.

Tracked in pending for several weeks then the whole lot dropped to zero,this from purchases in June - that's clearly not going to happen then, thanks Asda - Not!

terrible...weaseled out of cashback (as usual, going from comments). Originally listed as £5, but now payable is £0. Shouldn't have thought I would be different :( A real shame as I like to shop at Asda stores, and was hoping their delivery would be worthwhile.

Tracked at £0 when it should've been £5? When I tried submitting a claim on this site I have to submit the date of purchase, but I did ASDA shops even before tracking it here, so I can't remember. Utter rubbish.

Asda deliveries are great if you want to stock up on Tinned, dried or frozen foods, toiletry's and household items. I wouldn't recommend buying fresh food from them. Unless you like bruised mushrooms and rotting lettuce!
Some items may be unavailable so dont depend on them!
Customer service is good. 0800 number is directed to South Africa I think (Cool accents).
I've had loads of refunds off them.

Not impressed..purchase in FEBRUARY tracked at £0.00...never updated. so got no cashback. I have an account with another cashback site and I did it with them too, exact same thing happened. no point in asda offering cashback they don't give.
