Asda deliveries are great if you want to stock up on Tinned, dried or frozen foods, toiletry's and household items. I wouldn't recommend buying fresh food from them. Unless you like bruised mushrooms and rotting lettuce!
Some items may be unavailable so dont depend on them!
Customer service is good. 0800 number is directed to South Africa I think (Cool accents).
I've had loads of refunds off them.

Not impressed..purchase in FEBRUARY tracked at £0.00...never updated. so got no cashback. I have an account with another cashback site and I did it with them too, exact same thing happened. no point in asda offering cashback they don't give.

Asda's delivery service is let down by the amount of products that are either.. wrong..broken or simply not there. Whoever puts the shopping together is not on the ball but overall Asdas cannot be beaten on price. Thats why I go back.

Cashback failed to track, even though I've never had any problems with tracking before, and topcashback are 'unable to take claims for this merchant' to sort it out.

Ordered with asda to get the £5.55 which tracked no problem but then became payable as £0.00 which I was annoyed about but then it seemed to change after about 1 month to become fully payable at £5.55. Bit odd but very pleased :)

Disappointed to read that TCB will not chase up with this vendor either!

Still tracking as £0 after 4 months. Seeing that some people have been waiting for over a year, I won't hold my breath!
Saying that, delivery was free as it was over £50 so I didn't spend any extra than if I had gone the store and all the items were present and correct. I was pleased with the actual service, just not the cashback.

Like many I had cashback tracking at 0.00 and now the payout is 0.00. What is the point of this?
Asda is my local store and I do shop there weekly, so thought that I would get cashback by having the shopping delivered and save some time as well. Perhaps I should consider another supermarket. I am disappointed as I had ordered 5-6 times to have the delivery cashback.

After waiting since January for my £5.00 cashback for being a new customer; it was tracking at zero, but has now gone to be payable at zero. For some reason, it was declined and there is nothing that can be done about it. Asda should be removed from TopCashBack if they aren't going to honour their promises as I know i'm not the first this has happened to and more than likely won't be the last.
