	My last 2 shops haven't tracked at all... Had to submit a claim about my last 2 shops with Asda that haven't tracked at all,just done a 3rd shop and not holding my breath ....

	Poor response Used to be 2.55 for a 40 pound order or more now only 70p very poor also they never pay up on cashback have to wait months and months other retailers manage to respond straight away asda gon down hill since they were taken over.

	Another supermarket not paying out Another supermarket taking the hits to their site via top cashback but not paying out. order placed 22nd April via topcashback site, no other route, went direct to asda site via topcashback it has recorded the visit and now declining the cashback. Order delivery date was wednesday 25th April.

	Slow, slow, slow. Need to watch the VATable (excluded) Took a while but there eventually. Not ALL spending included so was VATable stuff. But better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

	Have to manually claim every shop - hard work. Asda never just pays out. Every time you have to manually 'make a claim'. This is time consuming, and even then when you do make a claim, your shop date is not listed....thus you cannot claim. I have complained many times to top cashback, but their response is always a non-relative answer. Asda need to learn how Waitrose do it.....brilliant, never any concerns.....I do wonder though if Asda actually know what they are doing, very cleaver!!!

	Rubbish rarely tracks if you refuse a sub its cancelled. Tried getting cashback for years with Asda works when it wants and cancels cashback if you don't like a sub you receive duh.

	Cashback NEVER tracks Cashback never tracks. I am continuously putting in claims for this company. I am only shopping with this company once a month now because I bought a delivery pass, but once that has ended. I won't bother with them anymore.

	Cashback failing to track Never used to have a problem with Asda groceries and cashback.Always received cashback quickly and reliably. Over the last 2 months though, despite clearing cache and cookies cashback frequently doesn't track and I need to lodge a claim.

	Too many hoops Tracks quickly, but takes months to become payable. Of the latest that should be payable, three have been declined. I avoided this in the past by disallowing substitutions (if you didn't accept the substitutions, cashback was declined). The recent occurrences may have been due to claiming refunds for unacceptably poor quality items, but I'll have to dig and check.

	Asda cashback rarely happens automatically you have to claim it most times Asda cashback rarely happens automatically you have to claim it most times. TopCashBack are extremely good at retrieving the cashback via a claim for you but this shouldn't be necessary it should go into your account automatically from the retailer.
