	Cashback NEVER tracks As stated in title, purchases never track. Always having to put in a claim that is then ‘put on ice’ for months. I am seriously considering getting my groceries from elsewhere.

	I try every week.. but rarely get anything I used to get cashback from Asda on a regular basis. Now it seems I'm lucky to get it at all! Too many 'cop-outs' now, not sure if this is Asda or Topcashback restrictions. Seems like a waste of time trying to get it.

	Rubbish If any of your items are substituted they decline your cashback. It's ridiculous. I put in quite expensive orders with Asda and all have been rejected. The chance of substitutions or things being OOS is very high so why even have them on here?

	Very poor I used to get the cashback without problem but since last year it is regularly declined and the amount of "spend" shown is always reduced by about £20 which disallows me from putting in a claim - this is a most disingenuous cashback offer and I am surprised that TopCashBack continues to show Asda as a participating member - the bad name of Asda rubs off onto TopCashback.

	Not worth the effort Asda keep changing the goalposts for this cashback - you wouldn't mind if it was a decent amount but 85p! Ours started declining at the beginning of the year but I could see that the order value was below the £48 threshold (bearing in mind VAT is not included). Realised today that it was substantially lower than what could be classed as VAT and checked the terms and found that they have add gift cards as an exclusion again after this being removed the last time I checked. It makes more sense to get the discounted gift card than get the top cashback as the saving is greater but the constant rule changes is rather annoying.

	Minus * Horrendous! Never Ever tracks? 2 months on “ICE” then 3 months sometimes 4 months to reach payable!!! All for 85pence!!! This has been going on for over 2 years! Would be good idea for Topcashback to take this merchant off this site!

	Thanks TopCashback, Boo-Hiss to ASDA Thanks to TopCashback for paying some of my claims. More recent ones have been refused by ASDA for being non-commissionable (not meeting the required spend for home delivery). My orders did meet the required spend, but ASDA did not completely fulfil them, and I don't accept substitutes (at the time of ordering). Their own Rewards app has also gone down the drain, over recent weeks.

	No longer do cashback I haven't had cashback from asda since Feb 2024. I tried to claim multiple times but heard nothing.

	Cashback never tracks It's great that you can get cashback with Asda every time you have a home delivery from them but they never track! I always have to fill in the missing cashback details and then wait months to see if I'll get any cashback!

	MINUS 1 * TERRIBLE!!! Every time I have to put in a Claim for Every transaction! Then wait 60 days on ICE. Then still waiting for over 4 months and still not payable. This was only payable done as a good will. I have about 18 claims still Outstanding ranging from 2 to 5 months. RIDICULOUS!! Top Cashback should DELETE Asda altogether!
