	Asda cashback Get it through my Top Cashback account. Cashback is good, but the retailer has a poor link as it very rarely that it shows on my account, so I have to keep putting in claims to chase it up. Asda is the only retailer that I have this problem with. Although it can take a while for cash to come through it should show on my account in about 24 hours.

	Missing cashback claim everytime To obtain my existing customer cashback £2.55 for my bi-weekly online shop, I have to make a missing cashback claim everytime. Why? So, it's not easy to earn cashback, it's a time consuming slog to claim for each shop.

	Every month I have to open claims to get my cashback. I use the same system as with other merchants, but with Asda I have to open a claim for every action. This is tedious, having to copy over order numbers and amounts, a claim can easily be missed. The site says it has logged my claim, but Asda never automatically come up in my payments.

	Cashback never automatically adds Cashback has never added automatically. So I have to claim it every time. As a regular Asda shopper this is a little annoying . They do pay out eventually though

	Always seam to payout You get the cashback but it does not always add automatically, and you need to lodge a claim, but you do eventually get the cashback

	Suddenly stopped paying out I normally get £3 cashback for existing customers. Been doing it for months and suddenly they stopped paying out. Lodged a claim for the first missing payment and received it but I'd rather just shop somewhere else than wait for the other missing claims to come through. It says nothing on the terms and conditions about this being limited to so many transactions.

	Failing to give cashback Despite continuously making my Asda orders through Topcashback, Asda is failing to acknowledge any of my shops. This has been going on for over a month now, plus the odd "declined" from Asda with no reason behind it. Have put in a claim but have been notified that this could take several months to be dealt with. WHY is Asda still listed as giving cashback when they quite clearly often don't?

	Always have to make a claim Every time i order i always have to go through the making a claim procedure. I turn off all my security and blockers and vpn's for Topcashback and Asda site but it makes no difference. I have always gotten it in the end, but it just makes it a longer process and there is always the risk that i forget to check if it has tracked to raise the claim at all

	Still waitingggggggggg Fnally received cashback afterhaving to chase, chase and chase again. I am still awaiting cashback on four shops. Its like trying to get money from a stone. Not a happy experience. Other companies payout almost intantly. Why does ASDA take so long. Is there an explation?

	Incorrectly declining cashback For most of the transactions, they decline the cashback and don't give a proper reason or explanation. Missing cashback claims are not resolved for long time, and ultimately will decline.

	Cash back not tracked on last 7 occasions I have ordered from asda every week for years and always had cash back. Since May 23 none of my orders have tracked and not got any cash back

	Weekly shop just place my weekluy order through Top cash back and voila - £3 a week. it appears in pendng the next day - however can take over a month to appear in final wallet. Would be nice to know how long the "pending" period is.

	Declined cashback because IT made a mistake Absolutely the worst, had cashback declined because they substituted the wrong items so I had to return them. Useless. Don't bother with Asda.
