Very poor
Never tracks, still waiting for some claims from 6 months ago even though more recent claims have been paid. Asda website itself is poor, sometimes it doesn't let me checkout so I have to use the app and lose the cashback. This has been going on for ages.

No cashback
I have not got cashback on last 4 orders don't know but it only seems to happen when I amend my orders whether I add stuff or change items, wish you would hurry up and sort yourselves out as the cashback helps towards delivery charges seems alot of people feel the same Come on asda and sort it for your loyal customers

New Customer purchase, but declined cash back
I made a purchased over 45£ in groceries.
I was excepting 8.65£ cashback in my account, but after few months they declined my cashback.
Now i can't make any cashback claim to top cashback customer support as the purchase was more than 60days.
this is totally scam to customer.
not recommended to anyone, asda in here is scam.

Scam to encourage over-spending or simple error?
I purchase pretty basic items and it can be an effort to meet the £48 target to get the approximately quid cashback. So, my shopping total is usually below £49 and I have a delivery pass. As soon as the purchase tracks, the value is indicated as about £10 less. I've checked that all my items are VAT zero-rated. Maybe they're deducting VAT on the whole order value and aim to sort it out out later, expecting many not to claim? I'll check again with a VAT-free order (no petfood or chocolate-coated biscuits!).

Difficult cashback experiences
Very often does not track or tracks at incorrect (much lower amount) and consequently do not get the cashback.
Didn't use to be like this but certainly is for me recently.

Very hit & miss with paying out cashback
On quite a few occasions I have to put in a claim to get my cashback. On about 3 occasions, I have spent well over £60 but Asda record it as 0.00 spent! As a result I have to claim for this also.
Just made a purchase at George -Asda and have had to raise a claim for cashback on this purchase.

Cashback always declined as they wrongfully exclude VAT on food
The cashback always tracks as £0.00 (ie declined) because Asda takes off VAT which brings my order below the required basket value. There is no VAT on food so why are they allowed to do this? Topcashback’s answer is to make an individual claim for each order, which cannot be submitted until 2 months after the order date and then takes 6 months plus to be resolved. What an absolute waste of time and effort for 85p!

Tracking seems unreliable
For months it has worked OK, now nothing for weeks has shown up. This happened before too. Trying to get it investigated but having to claim each missing item individually is too much trouble for the small sums involved

Poor response
Used to be 2.55 for a 40 pound order or more now only 70p very poor also they never pay up on cashback have to wait months and months other retailers manage to respond straight away asda gon down hill since they were taken over.

Another supermarket not paying out
Another supermarket taking the hits to their site via top cashback but not paying out. order placed 22nd April via topcashback site, no other route, went direct to asda site via topcashback it has recorded the visit and now declining the cashback. Order delivery date was wednesday 25th April.
