	Declined Payment!! I am very disappointed with Asda, they declined my cashback twice because I returned an item that they had supplied in exchange for my item that wasn't in stock. The item supplied wasn't suitable so I, as they state I can do, returned it with the driver for a refund. I still spent over the £48 required to get cashback, so I am therefore very disheartened with the company.

	Aggrieved, loyal customer. As a lifelong, regular Asda shopper, I'm VERY disappointed that I can no longer claim cashback on my weekly shop. It was bad enough that my purchases never tracked and I had to come here every couple of months to lodge a long list of claims, but having visited today to do just that, I now find that they are no longer paying anything after the fourth shop! Great way to treat your loyal customers Asda! Annoyed is not the word!

	Doesnt track but lodge a claim Spent £105 on 16th september and didnt track, lodged a claim for missing cashback a week later, 7th october cashback is there and already payable.

	Every month I have to open claims to get my cashback. My cashback never tracks with ASDA. I have to manually put in the details. Works fine with outher retailers, but not ASDA

	Never ever tracks Although it is quite good value cashback, this merchant never tracks. Ever! Every week a claim is needed to be opened and it takes months to come through. Bit of a nuisance if you are willing to do it, if not, it'll be lost.

	payout does not makes sense Seems to me for a while the amount recorded by asda as being spent is a lot less than actual and is now a fortnight payment.Not sure what is going on.

	Always have to make a claim I use Asda online deliveries all the time. I think on every occassion I have had to make a claim because the purchase hasn't registered automatically. They normally pay the cashback after a claim has been made. I do wonder whether this is down to my using Firefox browser?

	asdacashback the cashback is never paid unless I put in a form at TCB to chase it for me and then it is paid in a few weeks time.

	Non automatic allocation Have to claim this cashback every time, through missing cashback claims. This retailer needs to amend its automatic claims allocations process and speed up manual claims as they take forever.

	Poor at Paying cash back. Always have to put in a claim. They never want to pay cash back, even though its their fault they have to refund because either they don't have items in stock or they send poor or of out of date items.

	Asda are very slow to payout Asda are very slow to payout however, Topcashback get great results chasing them relentlessly until they get the result required. No stress the customer service team quietly do their job in the back ground. Making the whole experience easy.

	Abysmal. Twice in the past month they have declined legitimate cashback, the 1st with no valid reason, yet apparantly you cannot contest it. The second ASDA delivery forgot to deliver an entire crate of ordered and paid for food, clearly not our error, yet they declined all cashback. ASDA is quickly falling from favour, not only for general quality but also for cutomer service.

	Diabolical - Spent £128 My order of £128.27 was declined for cashback even though it tracked correctly. This is poor form for Asda. Secondly many of my items weren't delivered as Asda were out of stock. Quite simply my most disappointing delivery in the past 15 years of online grocery shopping. I will not be shopping at Asda again

	Quite a high cashback percentage, thanks. It was quite a high cashback percentage and do use Asda now and again, for grocery top ups in passing too, whilst they're not too far from where I live also.
