Asda cashback should be removed as I didnt get the £5 for new customer as stated. Come on Top CAsh Back please update your site and dont include asda!!! ...Shop online at Tesco's as you get the cashback thats promised. TCB even told me they are not accepting any claims for missing cash back from Asda...wonder why that could be..??? Big con!

March 2009 was genuinely my first purchase with Asda. It didn't track so I claimed in April 09. It is now AUGUST 2010 and they still haven't even replied to the claim.
Soft items in the shopping e.g. tomatoes were squashed.
Asda should be removed from topcashback

I have had 2 experiences with Asda. Both of the very bad. First I placed an order online and I choose a convenient time slot for me. They didn't arrive on time. I waited for them for 15 minutes, but i had to go out and around 20 minutes later I received a call that they were outside my home but I wasn't there any more. I asked for my money back and they refunded the order after a week or so.
A months later I made the same mistake or ordering at Asda. This time they arrived 30 minutes earlier!! I wasn't at home so I had to rush because I had ordered some frozen stuff. When I checked the order, 2 items were missing, the pots of the Cadbury mousses were broken, the wraps had obvious green fungus all over them and the ice-cream was all melted!! Plus, almost all of the products had a very near expiry date... and the fruit was low quality.
Awful service, I will never buy there again. I'll stick to Sainsbury's of Tesco, where I hadn't have any problem whatsoever.

RUBBISH! Do not expect cashback, do not expect to get the items you have ordered, and do not expect to receive them on time. Cashback tracked and paid at £0, manual claim and nudges sent without success. I have shopped via Topcashback for a long time and have never had to give a negative review until now. This merchant needs to be removed.

Complete rubbish I waited from February and they paid me "0.00" even thought they said it would be £5.00 plus to make it more frustrating its the 3rd time they haven't met their time slot!!! The last time I paid the dearest delivery option in hope of getting it quicker, they were 3 hours late, we had to chase THEM up and didn't even apologise. Asda are getting so rubbish.

What a load of rubbish! My payment was apparently declined - even though I was a new customer shopping with them, and it tracked as 0 so they can't deny I didn't go through this site. And TCB won't accept manual claims so I have basically lost out. And the meat was disgusting too. Guess where I will NEVER be shopping again?

Having avoided Sainsburys, due to all the negative comments from members, I thought I would look at Asda. Avoid like the plague seems the overwhelming opinion. I am off to look at Tesco, as one disgruntled member suggested.
