Rubbish. Tracked no problem at stayed at zero for two months. Declined claim. Ordered through topcashback This is fairly common i believe. The only reason they declined was because i INCREASED ORDER and spent more money!!!!! Rip off and will avoid buying from asda where er possible in future

been trying to get my cashback for 9 months, and refuse to give up, i message every 3 days, and will keep sending messages, I would like all dissatisfied customers to do the same.
Asda cannot keep getting away with this.
EITHER PAY UP OR GET YOUR COMPANY FROM THIS SITE, YOU ARE GIVING TOPCASHBACK A BAD NAME.

My first review on here and twice now (as stated) tracked as zero, then got declined. Did not use any promotion codes. The only thing I did, was not accept substitutes with the delivery. What a con!

The cashback was never paid, and ASDA did not even give a reason:
"I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached has been provided..."

Tracked at zero, stayed like that for just over a month and then went straight to payable at the correct amount of £10.50. Really really pleased, especially after all the bad reviews I read.

We have shopped at ASDA several times through TCB in recent months. Twice it did not track at all & the rest of the time tracks at £0.00. No problem using other merchants on TCB so the problem lies with ASDA - not good & not a good advert for Top Cash Back!
