Declined my cashback. No idea why, I spent £71. My order number was not recognised via their automated service when I went to collect the shopping, although it was all ready for me when I spoke to Customer Service about it! Cannot therefore recommend this merchant

I earned over £8 on my shop and never got the money. They just removed my claim. I then contact top cash back who reinstated it and asda took it away again. I would not bother using them on this app'

Just moved into new flat, so decided to try out Asda grocery delivery. Signed up for a new account and made my order, which tracked initially (at zero, as stated in merchant info), and also tracked any amendments I made to my order afterwards. Approx 7 weeks later and my £10 cashback has been declined for no good reason. I have submitted a claim, but doubt any good will come of it. Extremely disappointed.

Waited a few months and then cashback was initially declined. Sent a rather stroppy email to tcb and was informed it was because I wasn't considered a 'new' customer - wrong! Tbc got me the cashback in the end but not a great experience (the service I got was rubbish and half my shopping items were replaced). Never again with Asda.
