At first I thought the cash back for this retailer hadn't tracked as it was listed as £0 but after a couple of months it appeared and I was paid later the same day. Very pleased!

Got £12 cashback from ASDA for doing my shopping online. Took 2 months to get the cashback but it is free money so I cant complain. I only with there was cashback for existing customers and their loyalty! :)

It was easy to order through topcashback and tracked with no problems. It took longer to be confirmed and payable as stated, as ordered mid May, didn't confirm until beginning of July and now become payable, so approx 10 weeks. Was worried from reading reviews that I wasn't going to get, but happy that I have.

ASDA declined my £5 cashback, even though I was a first time grocery shopper and spent the required amount in terms and conditions, bad cashback retailer and company in general, as my first delivery arrived 3 hours late, lol. No option for 0 stars, shame.

Very disappointed in this retailer, cashback initially as zero, then never progressed to pending or payable. Met all the criteria for cashback, which has been declined without the retailer giving a reason! Not at all happy with Asda!

Don't waste your time. Rejected initially, raised a claim but has not been settled as Asda claim that I am not a new customer. I have never had an online Asda account, however my partner has.

Looks to be a common theme here. Cashback tracked fine for 2 months then declined even tho it shouldn't. Claim submitted so fingers crossed. On the actual shop side of it I wasn't impressed with Asda. Quite a few of the fresh meats had use by dates of only a couple of days and not the 4+ days stated the should be.

The cashback was refused initially and took about 2 months but I raised a claim and it was dealt with promptly by TopCashback and the cashback was in my account within a week of submitting the claim.
