Can mirror recent comments, new customer, cash back not paid, still waiting to hear back from TopCashBack but this is so slow, I think newer reviews should default to the top of review screen so that potential customers are aware of most recent findings.

Asda customer service is the worst I have experienced of any large company. I tried to return the item. I called the customer service twice spending 15 minutes talking to them each time. Both times they said they would arrange collection. It never happened. When I wrote to complain they called me to apologies, but that was it! Never collected it! How bad can you get.

Ordered over a month ago, was promised 15 pound for new customers on orders over 50 pounds, got cashback but only 5 pounds at the end. Im glad they paid but 10 pounds is a huge difference... rip off!!!

after spending nearly £40 on groceries and waiting over a month for it to even be confirmed the merchant has declined my cashback, I was going to shop with Tesco as well wont use asda online again for shopping very poor. I changed my order after I was on top cash back but that shouldn't be any reason to decline me after all I still spent the required amount.

july 2013. spent £166.90, my cashback was £5.50....STILL WAITING.....THEY DONT PAY UP...

I have put my order through for nearly 1 month, and yet no signs of cash back!
Not very impressed as Amazon and P&O have already confirmed and were done last week!
Welldone Asda!
In relation to the products received, yes you ask not to have substitutes, although, if you order turkey and the cut is not available, turkey should still be delivered not HAM!!! Don't they have a brain?

just spend £50 online shopping with asda now to receive an email saying cashback given when paid with asda credit card or asda cash credit card GRRRRRRRRRR what a rip off and there was no £2 deliveries and no other discount first and last online

I ordered through Asda because of the topcashback. I used them to stock up on chicken wings for my dog (he eats well), so was well over the £35 limit required to get cashback. Great: That translates into free delivery! Turns out they didn't have enough chicken to fill my order (I ordered 6 packets - not THAT much!) but didn't tell me. Instead, they show up with less than half my order. Because they only charged me what they could deliver, my order dropped below the £35, and the delivery fee ended up being more than 10% of my order cost.
I am left without the groceries I wanted, paying more than I wanted to, without the cashback, and now that I have made my first order with Asda, I am not eligible for any more first-time-buyer cashback deals with them. That is, I lost out on every single one of the reasons I ordered from them.
Not happy, and will not order from them again.

Asda did not pay my new customer cashback claim, even though I opened an account to do my first grocery shop. Not impressed. Top Cashback did everything they could but Asda refused to pay up. The fresh food in the delivery was very below par and there were a lot of substitutions and unavailable items. Will NOT be using Asda again.

After waiting over a year, this then was declined! Topcashback did offer a settlement payout which I declined. Excellent experience with topcashback but Asda gone down in my estimation

purchase tracked but asda declined it, even though I am very careful using the site to make sure everything tracks and have never used them before. Despite lodging a claim they still won't pay, obviously costing them too much. Will not use them again

It's been over a month now and I've still not received anything. Tracking as £0.00. I spent £57 and I was a completely new shopper to Asda.com. The service was poor, lots of substitutes and things we didn't even order (including 12 rolls of Toilet paper and double the bananas we ordered - I wasn't upset about that though haha). Their customer service is from a call center abroad, I was on the phone for half an hour and the guy was clearly not interested when I spoke to him. Clearly they don't pay on cashback either so it is a joke. I spent over £300 a month on Asda instore. I've decided now to switch to online shopping. After this experencve I've switched to tesco and found them to be superb!

Although I find Asda stores to be well run and offer by far the best prices. Online they're disjointed, badly run, shocking customer service (it took me over 30 minutes to even talk to someone, then when I got through it was what sounded like a south african call center, the agent was yawning and clearly had no intrest). The food seems to be everything that is about to go off within 2-3 days. It's ok for Tinned, dry or frozen food. I hate tesco with a passion but with online shopping they're by far superior and unfortunately I'm having to use them from now on, but to be fair their online service and website is superb! On a note on the cash back it's been nearly 3 weeks and I've it's still pending at £0.00 so I don't even expect to get my cashback for been a new customer. All round shocking, But when you complain they don't give a damn!
