Asda have at last paid me....it seems that if u change an order they cancel the cashback but in fairness to them and a GREAT response from Topcashback they have now paid me the £5.50 so stick with it!!

Cleared all cookies, etc as always beforehand and transaction tracked fine but has been denied due to going to another marketing channel. This despite me not having re-visited the ASDA site later or any other site during the transaction for this to have happened. ASDA Groceries loss, I certainly will never use them again because of this.

Tracked at zero, on the basis that it would be uplifted after 6 weeks. Now refused, and TCB won't pay out. TCB seem to be refusing to honour cashback in an increasingly large number of cases, I've currently got 4 active declined cashback claims.

How 98% of people are listed as being satisfied with the Asda cashback I'll never know!
Made purchase through cashback a year ago - fulfilled all the criteria and it has just recently been declined. What a joke!
Last time I'll shop with Asda
They shouldn't be allowed to advertise with top cash back -looks like they never pull through.

Spent £47.50 on 21 Oct 2011. Promised £12.00 cashback for new customers. Tracked as 0.00 at the beginning. Refused after ONE YEAR. What a con.
My housemate used ASDA's online grocery once. He ordered on Thursday and chose to be delivered on the next Tuesday. Nothing happened on the delivery day. No delivery, No call, No email. The online tracking system showed delivered. He had to make a lot of calls to make thing clear. Finally he canceled the order. Will never use ASDA again.

Asda declined cashback despite the fact I was a first-time customer and most certainly did not cancel the order. Been almost a year and the claim still hasn't been resolved. Things like this tend to sour the customer's experience with a particular company, and I haven't shopped at Asda since. I feel it's the principle of the matter. If you offer cashback and all the terms and conditions are met on my end, you should honour your end of the deal. Since I can't be sure that Asda won't cheat the customer again, I'll stick with Tesco for the time being.

Ordered 6th September as a new customer. Tracked at zero, waited for it to confirm or become payable. Today 24th September it has jumped to payable and still showing zero.
I have lodged a ticket regarding this, to chase the merchant, however from reading the other comments, I dont think I will ever see this cashback.
Disappointed.
