Waste of time, bought b/c of the great cashback offer 5 months ago, and it still hasn't tracked, despite lodging a claim form last year. Buyers beware!

Have many transactions that reverted to £0.00 with no explantion - very disatisfied with this. Have just lodged complaint so will see what happens.

After months of waiting cashback changed from £12.12 to 0. ASDA had no intention of paying the £12.12, just used it to attract customers. Will never use ASDA again. Can't believe such a big company can create such false reputation for itself. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

WHY ARE ASDA GETTING AWAY WITH NOT PAYING OUT THE CASHBACK THEY ARE "OFFERING"? THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE "CONFIRMED" MY CASHBACK AT £5, THEN CHANGED IT TO ZERO WHEN IT BECOMES PAYABLE! No stars for asda: order placed on 6th december (delivered on 11th december 2011) for over £100 - all tracked correctly, then Asda changes to "zero" when the cashback became payable! 3 TIMES!! Have chased this up with topcashback for months, and will continue to do so. Pay up asda ... Read the reviews - they are constantly not paying the cashback they "say" is payable.

Ordered with ASDA back in November 2011 when TCB was advertsing £12.12 for new customers - STILL waiting for merchant to respond 5 months later as did not track..... ASDA appalling and TCB not much better for allowing them to pick and choose which CB to honour! Will be sticking with Tesco.....

I am still waiting for cashback from this retailer since November 2011. Kept being told to wait and wait, even though it tracked at £0, it is now saying not payable.
Would not shop with Asda again.

No cashback after more than 4 months, still tracking at zero. I doubt if the £12.12 will ever be paid. All of the other suppliers that I have used via TCB have paid their cashback without any problems. Groceries/other and cashback from Sainsbury's 10/10, Tesco 10/10, ASDA - nil points!

BEWARE ! I would never expect such a big retailer to behave in that way. DIDN'T GET CASHBACK even though I made big purchase first time and few more afterwards. It simply shows big supermarket attitude - they are so big and make so much money that they can cheat unpunished. AVOID !

Overall great offer, as stated tracked at £0 but was lifted to the correct amount. As for asda they meessed up one item in my order but were quick to correct it and also offer free delivery on my next order as an apology.

Asda always mess up their home delivery orders and didnt pay the cashback promised only shopped with them for the cashback couldnt pay me enough to go back to them lesson learned!

Cashback tracked initially, then dropped to zero. Months later now says that zero is due to be paid. I'm not impressed. Check other reviews, many, many people have had the same problem.
