Very poor service. I ordered a wardrobe and discovered a few days later that the line had been discontinued so I wouldn't be able to get matching items. Then ordered again, and the delivery date was put back twice until it was going to be almost 6 weeks - but the website still said "available within 10 days"! Also took ages for the refunds to go back on my account.

even though this shows an Estimated Payable Date of 25th Mar, and the oven for which the cash back was awarded, waspaid for and delivered along time ago. this award does not even appear as confirmed. It is still shown as pending!
