Didn't track so had to raise an enquiry. After about 2 weeks the cashback appeared as tracked.

cash back did track, however argos debited my credit card with the amount twice. Having brought this to their attention it took them 10 days to verify I hadn't recieved two items, by this time the 188 pounds had been taken from my account twice. I recieved no appology, customer services are most rude and I will not be using them again.

I bought some furniture, but then cancelled the order after Argos told me that there was a long delay on delivery. I still got the cashback though...
Took two months to pay out. Thanks Argos.

You do not book a delivery slot on line. But the following morning they range to arrange a mutually convneient delivery slot. They also text you that day giving you the 2 houor window in which it will be delivered. Cash back was speedy too.
