Very poor experience. I have made 3 separate purchases over 2 month period & on every occasion its has failed to track. I am awaiting topcashback's reply on 3 manual claims. Please make your purchase decision on agros's price and on not cashback %, as you may wait for long time for cashback to materialise.

RUBBISH. Failed to track, spend £20 and because the cashback is less the £1.00 they wont trace it for me either.
very poor argos, 1.5% whats the point!!!.
i like argos but dont think id try for cashabck wiuth it again. oh well....

service has been exactly as they stated. although with this order I placed I have to wait for up to 14 days just to arrange a delivery time. I think that is a little ridiculous and can not give that great feedback as still have not heard from Argos

I love Argos! I buy a lot of things from them online and while they are not the most generous in terms of cashback their prices are generally good.
In addition customer service was -on the one occasion I have had to deal with them - exemplary. Staff listened to problem and bent over backwards to help.
Cashback tracked and paid to expected timescale.
