Quality of products bought was rubbish, sent them back. Bit of messing about with the collection etc, then major problems refunding my money. Spoke to customer services lots of times and got nowhere... took 2 months to get my money back after demanding to speak to managers. Farcial service. Won't use it again unless I really desperately need to.

Cash back tracked, entered all the information as requested/required from the receipt. Went payable £0.00 after 4 month's, advise cash back declined.
Never use Argos again, "RUBBISH"

Yet again Argos has got it wrong. The cashback reported is only £6.00 instead of £14.00. I have raised an enquiry however don't hold out much hope as I still have an enquiry outstanding from 2010!! If you make your purchase based on the cashback expected, don't bother go with the other retailer!
