have had purchased iten thru Argos for almost a month now and cashback is still outstanding . . . being 1st time Ive used the site makes me wonder is the whole thing a gimmick???

I had a few problems with this one. Firstly When they delivered my order to me, it was faulty so I had to order a replacement. Secondly I had to file a missing cashback claim to get my cashback from this merchant. Got my replacement now though, which I'm happy with and my cashback claim has been sorted.

The cashback didn't track initally so had to put a missing claim in. I only waited a few weeks before it was sorted and was confirmed to my account. so no complaints

Didn't have any contact with the merchants customer service so can't comment on that. The transaction went very smoothly through to being payable - no problems at all.
I've not used this site for very long, but I do think the cashback percentage offered by this merchant is quite low, but I would use them again anyway.
